Industrial Rust Remover & Inhibitor

One product for de-rusting, paint-ready prep, and rust inhibition across fabrication, storage, transport, and refurb.

What it is

Corrosion Assassin removes rust and inhibits rust. It forms an iron-phosphate layer that is paint-ready.

  • Non-toxic and biodegradable
  • Water-based and non-flammable
  • Low labour: drop in, wait, wipe clean — no grinding, no heavy scrubbing
  • Metals: optimised for ferrous and stainless; test first on aluminium, copper, and galvanised
  • Pack sizes: 5 L, 25 L, 1000 L

Where it fits in your workflow

  • Fabrication & assembly — Protect freshly machined or fabricated parts before dispatch.
  • Storage & transport — Apply and leave the film in place to inhibit rust during handling and shipping.
  • Refurb / MRO — After degreasing, use Corrosion Assassin as a rust remover. No more scrubbing rust with degreasers and sandpaper.

Helps you avoid harsher acids and reduce consumables.

Stainless steel

  • Suitable for stainless steel when used as directed
  • Does not harm the substrate when applied correctly
  • After treatment, wipe off excess product

How it works

  1. Spray on or soak, depending on surface and rust severity.
  2. The chemistry converts rust to iron phosphate.
  3. After de-rusting, wipe off excess Corrosion Assassin with a clean cloth.
  4. The phosphate layer is paint-ready.

For full guidance and PPE, see the TDS/SDS.
