How to use it

Apply. Wait. Wipe.

Four-step process on the shop floor. No PPE drama, no caustic chemistry, no specialist equipment. If your team can run a degreaser they can run this.

01

Apply

Spray, brush or dip. Cover the affected surface fully. Use straight, no dilution.

02

Wait

Leave on. Light rust: 10–20 minutes. Heavier oxidation or scale: re-wet as needed until clear.

03

Wipe

Wipe down with a clean cloth. The treated surface is dry and paint-ready. The protective layer is clear — the metal's appearance doesn't change.

04

Protect

Leave the iron-phosphate layer in place for months of storage or transit protection. No top-coat needed.

Materials honesty

Where it works. Where to test. What to avoid.

Industrial chemistry isn't one-size-fits-all. We tell you up front what the product is engineered for, what needs a patch test, and what will damage finishes — before you pour it on the wrong part.

Optimised for

  • Mild & carbon steel
  • Tool steel
  • Cast iron
  • Stainless steel

Most of our documented field results sit here. Best protection windows, best removal speed.

Test first

  • Aluminium
  • Brass & copper
  • Galvanised surfaces

Results vary by alloy and surface condition. Always run a small patch test on a hidden area before treating the full part.

Avoid

  • Chrome plating
  • Anodised aluminium
  • Polished decorative finishes

Will damage these surfaces. Use a dedicated metal-finish cleaner instead.

One product. Two jobs. Your batch.

Most buyers start with a 14-day controlled trial on a real production batch, measured against their own baseline. We bring the product and the protocol; you bring the parts and sign the outcome.
