Corrosion Assassin — Industrial Rust Remover & Corrosion Inhibitor
Corrosion Assassin is a water-based rust remover that does two jobs in one: it dissolves existing rust down to clean bare metal — unlike a rust converter, which turns rust into a black coating you paint over — and it lays an iron-phosphate layer that stops new rust forming. A rust remover for metal that leaves a paint-ready surface. One drum on the shelf instead of two.
Apply. Wait. Wipe.
Four-step process on the shop floor. No PPE drama, no caustic chemistry, no specialist equipment. If your team can run a degreaser they can run this.
Apply
Spray, brush or dip. Cover the affected surface fully. Use straight, no dilution.
Wait
Leave on. Light rust: 10–20 minutes. Heavier oxidation or scale: re-wet as needed until clear.
Wipe
Wipe down with a clean cloth. The treated surface is dry and paint-ready. The protective layer is clear — the metal's appearance doesn't change.
Protect
Leave the iron-phosphate layer in place for months of storage or transit protection. No top-coat needed.

Where it works. Where to test. What to avoid.
Industrial chemistry isn't one-size-fits-all. We tell you up front what the product is engineered for, what needs a patch test, and what will damage finishes — before you pour it on the wrong part.
Three sizes. One product.
Standard packs for the workshop bench, the production line, and the loading bay. The chemistry inside is the same.
The technical bit.
For QA, procurement and SHEQ. A full Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and Technical Data Sheet (TDS) are available on request — both written to South African standards and accepted internationally.

One product. Two jobs. Your batch.
Most buyers start with a 14-day controlled trial on a real production batch, measured against their own baseline. We bring the product and the protocol; you bring the parts and sign the outcome.
