Rust on a gate, without sanding it or sandblasting it

Brush it on. Keep it wet. Wipe it off.
It removes the rust rather than converting it to a black film, it does not strip the paint that is already on there, and you can paint over it directly afterwards.
- Brush off the loose rust.
- Paint the gel on.
- Keep it wet. That is the one rule. How long it needs depends on conditions.
- Wipe the gel off. The undissolved rust comes off with it. Paint over if you are painting.

Gates, garage doors, window frames, burglar bars, palisade, railings — anything in mild steel that is fixed in place.

Mild steel, tool steel and cast iron. Stainless, aluminium and galvanised are not tested on this version and are not claimed for it.
